I've spent 20+ years inside operations — most of it in real estate, much of it embedded with one of Arizona's top 10 teams as their operations leader for 13+ consecutive years. I'm a Follow Up Boss subject matter expert with 100+ implementations across the industry, a ZAB 2026 advisor, a moderator in the FUB ModSquad community of 30,000+ operators, and a speaker at FUBCon and Zillow Unlock.

Then AI got serious. And the question every leader started asking — "how do I get this thing to do real work in my business?" — turned out to be the same question I'd been answering with CRMs, dashboards, and follow-up frameworks for two decades. Clever Direction is the agency that answers it now.

My Thesis
